The American Jewish Committee (“AJC”), a national organization of over 150,000 members and supporters represented by thirty-two regional chapters, including four in the state of New York, was founded in 1906 to protect the civil and religious rights of Jews. It is the conviction of AJC that those rights will be secure only when the rights of all Americans are equally secure.
