Concluding Observations: Argentina, the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

In the concluding observations from CESCR, the Committee notes that Argentina is still experiencing a difficult economic situation. In particular, this situation affects vulnerable population groups, such as indigenous groups, and immigrants from neighbouring countries, many of whom are undocumented. This economic situation also results in budgetary constraints for government agencies responsible for combating racial discrimination and taking measures in favour of the most vulnerable groups. ,
