Comments to Hungarian Parliament Re: Draft Constitution

The Hungarian Women’s Lobby and the Center for Reproductive Rights submitted these comments to the members of the Hungarian Parliament responsible for drafting the Constitution in March 2011. The comments focus on the provision under the section Freedom and Responsibility, pertaining to the right to life, and emphasize the negative impact the proposed changes will have on access to reproductive health services in Hungary.
