Dakota Johnson and Center CEO Nancy Northup on the U.S. Abortion Crisis and What You Can Do
CNN interviewed Center president and CEO Nancy Northup and actress Dakota Johnson about the crisis of abortion rights and access in the US. When asked how everyday people can support abortion rights, Northup told CNN, “The vast majority of people in the United States support the right to abortion and it’s important that people make their support visible.” Johnson said, “I think it’s about shifting the narrative, about normalizing the conversation around abortion, and I think it’s about people getting out and voting, state-to-state, in all levels of elections for candidates who are pro-choice.”
