American Bar Association Amicus Brief
Amicus is the American Bar Association, the largest voluntary association of attorneys and legal professionals in the world. The brief argues in support of the United States that the federal government’s enforcement of constitutional rights is a cornerstone of federal constitutional order and essential to the rule of law.
This brief was filed in support of the United States in United States v. Texas, a lawsuit at the U.S. Supreme Court challenging Texas’s abortion ban (S.B. 8).
