Walker was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2015, serving North Carolina’s 6th District (2015-2021). During his time as a Representative, he cosponsored the below pieces of anti-abortion legislation and consistently voted in favor of bills that would restrict access to abortion, though none have been enacted.
- “No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2019” (H.R. 20)
- Prohibits the use of federal funds for abortions, except in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the pregnant person.
