Abortion Stories Amicus Brief in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health

This brief shares the stories of people who have relied on the right of abortion to define themselves, to control their bodies and lives, and to define their place in society. These stories reveal the varied nature of real-life abortion experiences, the myriad factors that inform abortion decisions, and the impact abortion access has had on individual’s lives, their families, and their futures. Over 6,600 people from all fifty states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands who have had abortions signed their names in support of this brief.
