Morgan Stoffregen

Morgan Stoffregen is the part-time Office Manager for the Center's office in Bogota, Colombia. From 2007-2011, she served as Coordinator of the International Initiative on Maternal Mortality and Human Rights, a global partnership of 13 organizations committed to a comprehensive human rights approach to maternal mortality. She also worked at the Center's New York office for four years, where she was a Program Associate for the International Legal Program. Prior to that, she worked at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. She holds a BA in International Politics from Vassar College.
