Heather Sumba
Heather joined the Center as International Operations Manager with the International Legal Program in July 2011. Prior to joining the Center, she worked as Business Manager with the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) in New York. Heather has also worked with the United Methodist Committee on Relief-NGO (UMCOR NGO), also in New York, and the American Historical Association in Washington, D.C. Heather graduated from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2004 with a B.A. in International Relations and a concentration in Conflict and Security. She also earned an A.A. from Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA in 2001. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Global Affairs from the Division of Global Affairs at Rutgers-Newark, the State University of New Jersey.
