Tell the FDA Time’s
On March 23, 2009, a judge ordered the FDA to reconsider making emergency contraception (EC) available over-the-counter to women of all ages. A year later, EC is still behind the counter and requires girls under 17 to get a prescription — even though medical and scientific consensus provides no rationale for age restrictions.
