Alaska Parental Notification Ballot Measure Hurts Teens

08.05.10 - Today, the Center released a statement opposing Alaska Ballot Measure 2, a proposed mandatory parental notification law that would endanger teens. Alaskans go to the polls on August 24th to vote on the measure.
